Exchange & Refund Policy

At RAYO'S PLACE, we take great pride in the quality of every piece. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns — Exchanges Only

We do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • There is a defect or fault caused by us (manufacturing error, wrong item sent, etc.)
  • The exchange request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached

Size Responsibility

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review our size chart before placing an order to ensure they are ordering the correct size. Exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer may not be accepted.

Exchange Window

All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. After this window has passed, we are unable to process any exchange requests.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an exchange is not possible (e.g. the item is no longer available). If a refund is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected
